Program description
The Digital Anchor Customer Care Texting Program sends conversational text messages to customers who have called our business phone number. If we are unable to answer your call, we may text you back from the same number to respond to your inquiry, gather details about your service request, and arrange a callback or appointment. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Consent
By calling our business phone number, you consent to receive a text-message follow-up related to your call. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may withdraw consent at any time (see “Opting out” below).
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by conversation. A typical conversation includes 3–10 messages.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Digital Anchor does not charge for text messages.
Opting out
You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to end the conversation and stop receiving messages from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, simply call us again or reply START.
