Video Production & Live Streaming

Live shows, hybrid events, and interviews produced end to end. One operator runs the cameras, audio, graphics, and stream, so the event goes right the first time.

A live event happens once. There is no second take on a fundraiser, a board vote, or a keynote, and the difference between a broadcast people trust and one they close is the person behind the switcher. That split is the whole service: you run the room, I run the broadcast.

Three ways this usually looks

Live streaming. Your event, broadcast where your audience already is: YouTube, Facebook, your own website, or all of them at once. Multiple cameras, mixed audio, lower thirds with speakers’ names, video interstitials, and a clean recording you keep.

Recorded events and interviews. Board meetings, panels, one-on-one interviews, lectures, and retreats, captured properly and edited into something worth sharing after the room empties.

Virtual and hybrid events. Pre-planning and registration, remote guests brought into the program without the awkward silences, live mixing with multi-camera recording, and post-production editing when it’s over.

Rooms this has worked in

Church services · nonprofit fundraisers · board meetings · investor conferences · corporate retreats · podcasts · cooking shows · comedy nights · game shows · group panels · university and education programs · one-on-one interviews. From a single sit-down conversation to multi-day conferences.

How a production goes

  • Before: run of show, platform setup, registration if the event needs it, and a tech rehearsal so speakers aren’t meeting the setup for the first time on air.
  • During: camera switching, audio mixing, graphics and lower thirds, stream health monitoring, and a local recording running as backup the entire time.
  • After: the edited recording, clips cut for social and promotion, and every file delivered in formats you own.

Who this is for

Churches, nonprofits, and small organizations that need a service, fundraiser, or meeting streamed without hiring a production company. Teams that want a board meeting or conference on the record and watchable. Anyone with a show idea who needs a technical partner to actually run it.

Every production is quoted per event, based on cameras, length, and how much editing happens after.
