Yes. Cloudflare setups are often lightly documented, so the first step is mapping what's there: DNS, email records, Workers, and where the site's code lives. Then it gets written down and handed to you, and you decide whether I keep looking after it.
Do we need a headless setup?
Usually not. Headless makes sense when the public site has to be very fast and the team wants to keep an editor it already knows. For many sites a cleaned-up WordPress is the right answer, and I'll say so.
Why Cloudflare?
It puts DNS, security, and hosting in one fast, inexpensive place, served close to your visitors. For many small-business sites it replaces a pricier host and a handful of plugins. It's a recommendation, not a requirement.
How is consulting billed?
Scoped work is quoted per project. Ongoing advisory work can run on a monthly block of hours at $125/hr.
